Step-by-step guide to pay a vendor through Class Wallet

 

  1. Log in: Access your ClassWallet account. (https://app.classwallet.com/login)

 

  1. Find "Pay Vendor": On the homepage, select the "Pay Vendor" tile. 
     
  2. Search for the vendor: Find the service provider by name or category from the list of pre-approved vendors. 
     
  3. Enter payment details: Input the dollar amount for the service. 
     
  4. Upload documents: Upload the invoice, quote, or other necessary supporting documentation from the vendor. Handwritten documents are not accepted. 
     
  5. Choose the funding purse: Select the specific purse that will be used to fund the payment. 
     
  6. Add details and submit: Add any additional information, review the transaction, and click "Next" to submit the order for administrator approval. 
     
  7. Await approval: Once approved by the administrator, ClassWallet will process the payment to the vendor.
